In the case of Pipeflare, you can earn Zcash (ZEC) and Matic, though as always you can exchange these cryptocurrencies for others if you prefer. Betfury is a website that can be used for earning bitcoin, or more precisely, satoshi, which are small fractions of a bitcoin.
